My vacation pictures are worth a thousand words but I’m sure you will have questions about my vacation planning process. Step one is to fill out my free Quote form. But make sure you read my Terms and conditions before my free Quote form. And for my complete Terms and conditions go to my Terms page. Be sure to double check all the information you provided on my quote form before submitting. After I receive your quote form I’ll need a few business days to create a quote for you. In special circumstances I will need to call our suppliers to get your quote which could take an hour or so, but it’s better for me to do all the waiting for you. For instance I was on the phone for an hour to get a quote for three rooms with Disney tickets. After I get the quote I will share it with you via email. It’s important that you read the complete quote for the suppliers Terms and Conditions so you understand before giving me your payment information. After you’ve read the entire quote and double checked that all the information for your travel are correct, you will provide credit card information for me to apply full or partial payment. Once I apply payment you take full responsibility for any errors our omissions you make. So if you need to make a change and there is a fee then you are responsible for paying that fee and it may automatically be applied to your credit card. If you make partial payment it is your responsibility to make note of your final payment due date and provide me with payment information for full payment before your due date so your reservations don’t expire. If that happens the supplier could take your room, airfare, theme park tickets, etc. 

Frequently asked questions

Can a travel agent get a better price than I can? Yes and No. We can definitely get you the lowest price available, so if you do find a better price is because you used different search terms like 1 less night or several stops versus nonstop flights. In that case we can match or beat what you find. But in some cases you can still find the same prices as a travel agent and in that case you might want to book the vacation on your own but remember that my services are free so if you let me book it you’ll save yourself a lot of time. Sometimes I spend hours on the phone to make reservations and add on extras for clients. And even if I can’t saved you money on your reservation I can help you save money by ensuring you don’t make any costly mistakes with your reservation. And in some cases a travel agent can get refunds or changes to your reservation without fees that you might have to pay off you were booking the reservation on your own. Bottom line is it doesn’t cost anything to use me as your travel agent but if you book it on your own you could incur costly mistakes.
